Director Of Product Marketing

• In this position, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the ASAP applications.

• The Director of Product Management is the focal point for all activities pertaining to product, development, and support strategies of the ASAP product line.

• You will develop and manage accurate and timely information related to the design, release, road-map and customer satisfaction of the ASAP! product line.

• You will establish and communicate functional requirements of the application.

• Work closely with the product development teams, making sure business requirements are expressed in product functionality and user interface.

• Prepare product specifications for market requirement documentation.

• Evaluate innovative technologies to integrate in the development of the product.

• Conduct periodic reports to executive staff on customer adoption and satisfaction with products, changes to adoption cycles, and criteria such as OS support, IT infrastructure, new technologies.

• Serve as the liaison between product development and product marketing, to identify and eliminate obstacles that would inhibit the development schedules or limit customer adoption.

• Keep the product development teams informed on the success and limitations of products in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

An ideal candidate will have:

1. 5 plus years of successful product management experience, including an understanding of the software development process and a proven ability to successfully launch new enterprise software applications.

2. Solid background in technology.

3. Technical understanding of n-tier architecture, web technologies, and the software applications product development life-cycle.

4. Proven ability to articulate customer requirements to the product development team.

5. Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional management abilities.

6. Technical Degree (MBA a plus) Excellent presentation and communication skills.

7. Ability to excel in an unstructured, high energy environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with supply chain management, e-commerce, ERP/MRP applications.

Sr. Software Engineer - GUI Developer

Requirements

• Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Master`s preferred or equivalent, 2-5 years experience in developing GUI's.

• Java especially AWT, Swing, or some other GUI library Good experience in OOP especially class design, experience developing graphical controls, inspectors, and editors Experience with Configuration, Quoting tools Good object-oriented skills are vital, as well as a strong coding and design discipline.

Software Engineer - Core Systems Group

• As a member of the Core System Group team, the individual will contribute to the design direction of the Emanufacturing.Net system as a whole, including; design and code reviews, investigation of alternative and new technology and general functionality enhancements.

• This individual will participate as a member of the team, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Emanufacturing Hub.

Requirements

• The candidate must posess significant hands-on experience with Java, including for application and server level implementations.

• Some experience with distributed, collaborative systems is highly desirable (including network communication and multi-threading issues).

• Familiarity with relational database systems is also strongly desired, particularly with SQL and database application programming interfaces Experience with JDBC is a plus.

• The candidate must be capable of producing effective results in both team and independent situations.

• Good object-oriented skills are vital, as well as a strong coding and design discipline.

• Great Communication and Interpersonal skills.

 

Software Engineer

As a member of the Core System Group team, You will be part of the dynamic and small team environment to create the first generation Emanufacturing Application using cutting edge Technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Technical degree equivalent Knowledge of Oracle Database (SQL, SQLplus), ODBC as well as strong C/Java programming skills.

• Requires knowledge of OO concepts, C++, source version control software Knowledge of Web based GUI development experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML.

• 1 to 2+ years of database application development. EDI mapping experience a definite advantage. UNIX, HTML, Java, C, CGI, Oracle, Javascript, Netscape Application Server.
